Acceptance

These Terms of Service set out the agreement between Ottawa Casino and you. You accept them when you register, sign in or place any wager. Players who object to any part of these terms must stop using Ottawa Casino.

These terms work alongside our Promotion Terms, How We Handle Your Data, Cookies and Tracking, Safer Play, Verification and AML and Protecting Minors pages. Where one of those pages covers a topic in more detail, that page applies to that topic.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All balances, stakes and payouts on Ottawa Casino are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

You can deposit from C$20 and cash out from C$10. Ottawa Casino charges nothing extra on payments in or out. There is no single withdrawal limit: the cap varies by payment method and by account status.

Once a withdrawal is approved, most payment options pay out in roughly one to four hours, while a bank wire may need as much as 12 hours. As set out on our Verification and AML page, who you are and where you play from must be confirmed before we can accept an initial deposit. Payments are only allowed from cards and accounts bearing your name, and when possible, winnings are sent back to an account you hold.

Game Rules

Each game has an information screen showing its rules and paytable. These rules govern every round you play on that title, so check them before placing a stake.

An RNG (random number generator) determines each outcome on our slots and our digital table games, so one result has no influence on the next. Real dealers host every Live Casino table, and you watch the game in real time. The table's recorded outcome is final.

If a game, our server or your connection malfunctions, any play and payouts caused by that fault are void. We settle interrupted rounds under the rules of the game concerned or refund your stake. A win shown in error, which the game did not actually generate, cannot be claimed.

Accounts and Registration

Ottawa Casino allows one account per person. You may not open a second account or play using another person's account. We close any duplicate account and may cancel the activity on it.

Registration requires correct and current information: your legal name, residential address, birth date and email address. Never share your password with anyone. If you believe someone other than you has used your account, email us without delay. Any activity carried out using your login details is your responsibility.

Eligibility

Only people located in Canada who are 19 or older can register and play. We take players solely from areas whose local laws permit online casino gaming, and we follow Canadian rules covering age verification, identity checks and the prevention of money laundering.

Before any deposit, we check your location, and this check may be repeated during play. Our Protecting Minors page describes how we keep under-age users off the site.

Changes to These Terms

This document is revised when the laws and rules we operate under change, or when we alter the games or payment methods we offer. The current text is always posted here, along with the date on which it applies. If an amendment affects you, we notify you ahead of time, through an email or a message on your screen the next time you access your account. Continuing to wager once the updated terms apply counts as your acceptance of them.

Governing Law

Ontario law and the federal laws of Canada that apply there govern this agreement. Any dispute that remains unresolved after our complaints process will be heard by a court with authority under those laws.

Intellectual Property

Ottawa Casino owns or holds licences for the site design, the Ottawa Casino name and logo, and all text and graphics on the site. The studios that provide our game software keep ownership of it. You may play here only for private, non-commercial purposes. Written consent from us is required before you copy, scrape, resell or frame any material from this site.

Our Liability

The site and games are offered on an as-is basis. We aim to keep them accurate and available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for losses arising from events beyond our control, including network outages, device faults or payment delays at third parties, nor for indirect or consequential loss.

Our maximum liability on any claim equals the balance of the account tied to that claim. Rights under Canadian consumer law that an agreement cannot exclude remain unaffected by these limits.

Prohibited Conduct

To keep play fair for everyone, you must not:

• use bots, scripts or software that automates or assists play
• work with other players or exchange information at Live Casino tables
• exploit errors, faults or loopholes in any game or offer
• pay with stolen or borrowed methods, or methods owned by a third party
• use the site for money laundering or any other illegal purpose
• mask your true location with a VPN or a comparable tool
• abuse, threaten or harass our staff or other players

Prohibited conduct can lead us to void any linked bets and winnings, suspend access and close the account. If we are legally obliged to, we pass details to the relevant authorities.

We look into every complaint, send email updates as it moves forward and give you a written answer when our check is finished.
